Their expertise helps SADR maintain the highest standards in both domestic and international arbitration. Below are the profiles of our esteemed Advisory Board members:
Justice (Retd.) Gopal Krishna Vyas
Former Judge of the Rajasthan High Court, Justice Vyas has a rich background spanning 24 years in the judiciary, including his role as Chairperson of the Rajasthan High Court Legal Service Committee from 2015 to 2017. During his tenure, he contributed significantly to legal awareness initiatives and also served as Chairman of the Rajasthan Judicial Academy. His insights and leadership continue to be invaluable assets to SADR.
Shiv Singh Chouhan
A retired District and Session Judge with over 30 years of experience, Mr. Chouhan has handled cases as a Civil and District Judge and has extensive experience as a sole arbitrator, overseeing matters referred by the Rajasthan High Court. He has also presided over the District Lok Adalat, bringing deep expertise in handling arbitration cases for financial institutions.
Surendra Sharma
With a background in banking and asset recovery, Mr. Sharma has held positions such as DGM and General Manager at Bank of Baroda across multiple states, including Rajasthan and Maharashtra. His experience includes roles in asset recovery and credit management, as well as advisory positions in asset enforcement agencies. Currently, he serves as Senior Manager in the Legal Department of SRG Housing Finance Ltd.
Advocate Satish Kumar Datta
With 23 years of experience as an Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court, Mr. Datta specializes in various areas, including service, labor, and arbitration matters. He has served as additional counsel for the Central Government at the CAT and as a senior legal panel counsel at the Delhi Bench, bringing substantial expertise in legal representation and advisory.
Advocate Vinit Sanadhya
Practicing at the Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur, for 18 years, Advocate Sanadhya has a diverse legal practice that covers civil, criminal, commercial, and arbitration matters. He is well-versed in non-litigation work, including contract drafting, due diligence, and legal advisory, which further strengthens SADR’s advisory capabilities in both litigation and consultation.
These board members bring a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to SADR, helping to uphold our commitment to effective, impartial, and efficient dispute resolution.
